Dr. Terry Webb and Dr. Greg Carey feel democracy is deteriorating in the United States. There are things we can do about it. This appears to be an international problem, reflecting itself in Poland, Hungary, & Italy to name a few. It seems that this is a problem that manifests itself periodically in history, we experienced this problem at the end of WWII and we seemed to have survived it. Is this just the same old problem or is this something new?
